Jason is a partner with more than 20 years’ experience in banking law and corporate finance. Jason advises both domestic and offshore financiers and has worked with all of Australia’s major commercial banks. He advises borrowers across a wide range of industries, with clients including Tabcorp, Treasury Wine Estates and Australian Unity.

Jason focuses on corporate and institutional finance with an emphasis on bilateral, club and syndicated secured and unsecured lending transactions. His practice also encompasses property and construction finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, restructuring and distressed debt transactions and debt capital markets.
