Geoff Cairns is a partner whose practice covers mergers and acquisitions, private equity, fundraising, corporate finance and financial services reform. He also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.

Geoff has acted for a variety of local and international clients including major listed corporations, SMEs, private equity investors and investees and financial intermediaries. Geoff has acted on numerous challenging transactions including acquisitions, disposals, buy-ins and buy-outs, mergers, joint ventures, corporate reconstructions, capital raisings and IPOs.
