Family Law

Emma Stearman is a Partner and Head of the Family Law department at Fraser Dawbarns.

After graduating, Emma joined Fraser Dawbarns in June 2011 as a Paralegal in the firm’s crime department. She qualified as an Accredited Police Station Representative in 2012 and as a solicitor in May 2016.

Having been an Associate and then Senior Associate in the team, Emma was promoted to Partner in May 2026.

Emma currently shares the role of Group Training Officer at Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Law Society with fellow Fraser Dawbarns partner Sarah Johnson.

Emma studied Modern History at the University of East Anglia, graduating with a 2:1.

In her free time, Emma enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and taking walks around her local area.
