Jamie is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe), a Certified Information Privacy Manager and holds an MSc in Cybercrime.

He advises insurers and businesses in relation to data protection law including GDPR compliance and is experienced in dealing with complaints and litigation arising from data breaches, privacy breaches, data protection infringements, contentious information rights requests and disclosures.

Substantial experience of dealing with data protection issues flowing from fraud investigations, financial crime and telematics.
