Anthony is a Partner in the Evesham office and jointly manages the office with Damon Burt. Anthony qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and has been a Partner since 2003.

Anthony specialises in advising and representing PLC’s, Limited Companies, Partnerships, Not for Profit Organisations, Public Authorities and Individuals in relation to Health & Safety offences and Corporate and Individual Manslaughter offences where investigations/prosecutions are brought by the Police, HSE or EA.

Anthony also represents major insurers and their Policyholders of any size, in relation to Employer and Public Liability Claims involving fatal and catastrophic injury to include head injury, spinal injury/paralysis, amputation, pain/somataform disorders and fraudulent/fundamentally dishonest claims.
