I am Head of the Hospitality sector group as well as a Partner in the Real Estate team, working from both the Birmingham and London offices.

Melanie has over ten years' experience of working on the investment and funding of real estate development projects and property tax driven transactions, in particular within the hospitality sector.

Melanie has a particular expertise in the acquisition of hotels, development and refurbishment projects and real estate finance in addition to handling asset management work for investors, developers and banks as well as dealing with landlord and tenant matters.

She sits on the Board of Directors of the Colmore Business District 'BID', which is a Business Improvement District within Birmingham City Centre, comprising key members of the business community working collectively to invest in projects and services to improve the business environment.
