I advise  on leases and options for the installation of solar photovoltaic systems ranging from large scale multi-array power plants to distributed power systems located on commercial buildings, housing schemes and single residential units.

I am experienced in the creation and ongoing review of precedent property legal agreements within both these sectors and also sits on the board of the RICS Telecoms Forum.
