I am a Senior Associate in the Residential Conveyancing team in Manchester.

I specialise in a broad range of commercial property work including acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases (from and landlord and tenant perspective), development work for a range of clients both in the public and private sector. I also have experience of coordinating and managing complex property transactions and projects. I also specialise in Real Estate finance and distressed property acting for insolvency practitioners, finance institutions, predominately first tier lenders, accountants and LPA Receivers.
