I provide clear, relevant expertise to financial institutions and corporate clients, including general banking transactions, acquisition and structured finance, real estate and project finance, asset-based lending and restructuring work.

I further have a particular specialism in matters relating to funding projects for local authorities and not-for-profit organisations, such as housing groups, education providers and charities.
