My experience spans all manner of claims including wrongful arrest, false imprisonment, assault (including prisoner on prisoner), use of force, trespass and malicious prosecution as well as negligence, claims under Human Rights Act 1998 and property damage.

I am regularly instructed by prisons and healthcare providers to represent them at inquests for deaths in custody and deaths in care, including those involving Article 2. I will then defend any subsequent civil claims for damages.

As a senior member of DWF's Police and Prison team, I manager a sub team of 3 and focus upon the strict adherence to client SLA's along with ensuring the teams signature of high quality, clear and concise advice is always maintained.

When not looking after my 3 young children, I divide my time between spa days with friends and high adrenaline fun such as zip wiring across football stadiums or abseiling down buildings.
