Toby specialises in property development, investment and portfolio management across all asset classes. He has a particular specialism in the retail sector, advising a variety of developers, landlords and private equity investors on a number of shopping centre, stadium and retail park schemes.

Toby has over 20 years' experience in real estate development and investment, advising investment funds on the acquisition, development, investment and strategic asset management across a variety of asset classes. Much of his work is for organisations in the retail, industrial and distribution sectors - advising a variety of large shopping centre, retail park and other urban regeneration schemes.

Toby also advises on joint venture and partnership arrangements, including the redevelopment of sports stadia and work with local authorities on strategic regeneration schemes. He takes a proactive, hands-on approach to work and, through his wealth of sector experience, understands the complexity of issues faced, including state aid and procurement.
