Radosław Biedecki is an attorney-at-law and Senior Counsel at DWF in Poland. Within his professional practice of over 20 years, he focuses mainly on advising and structuring M&A and real estate transactions (share and asset).

Radosław regularly advises Polish and international clients on their operations in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, including corporate law, complex M&A transactions (domestic, cross-border and international) and investments. He has unique knowledge and transactional experience in areas such as real estate, corporate, finance and M&A. During the course of his practice, Radoslaw has advised clients in a wide range of industries such as real estate, manufacturing, waste management, pharmaceuticals and outsourcing.
