Alex is a tax solicitor and chartered tax adviser with broad experience of many tax issues, with a particular focus on M&A, property and development related tax issues.

Alex advises on a wide range of complex tax issues, including tax issues arising in relation to: real estate transactions, development structures, M&A transactions and employee share schemes and incentives.

Alex's experience includes advising on complex, high value UK property and development deals for listed funds and public bodies.

Alex is dual qualified, as a solicitor and chartered tax adviser. Alex is also a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians.
