Damon qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 and is the former Managing Partner of Everetts which was subsequently acquired by Plexus Law. Damon has over 20 years’ experience acting for the insurance market.

Damon is a Senior Partner based in our Evesham and London offices. Damon specialises in handling high value employer liability and public liability claims. He has a particular interest in asbestos related matters and the defence of HSE prosecutions arising from serious injuries, fatalities and exposure to asbestos.

Damon has played a part in developing the law in both areas having acted for clients in cases in both the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.
