I have worked in the Manchester market for 20 years dealing in all aspects of corporate finance work including flotations and fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions with a particular focus on the financial services, logistics, retail and technology sectors.

He acts for public and private companies as well as private equity funders, investment banks and management teams with a particular focus on the financial services, retail, technology and telecoms sectors.

I provide commercial, pragmatic corporate legal advice with a distinctively approachable style and hold the Corporate Finance qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
