Ian has over twenty five years’ experience of dealing with claims and complaints against professionals. He is a part-qualified Certified Accountant, as well as being dual-qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and Ireland.  He utilises his commercial background and experience within all of the matters that he deals with. Ian has acted upon the instruction of a large number of UK and Irish and USA-based Insurers over the years. He primarily deals with claims and complaints against Solicitors, Accountants, Insurance Brokers, Architects, Engineers, Surveyors, Valuers, IFAs, and Stockbrokers, as well as a number of the “new” and “emerging” professions. When instructed to do so, Ian also provides detailed and commercially-based coverage advice to Insurers.  He also specialises in Warranty & Indemnity Insurance matters.
