Helen is an experienced planning and infrastructure solicitor in DWF's Planning team. She specialises in advising on planning, highways, rights of way and compulsory purchase and compensation law.

Helen has over 10 years experience in relation to highways law, public rights of way, town and village green, minerals & waste planning law, flooding & drainage, and major infrastructure projects.

Helen also has significant experience advising on of all aspects of minerals and waste planning matters; including large scale quarry and waste development (including Energy from Waste infrastructure), judicial review, review of minerals permissions, planning policy and enforcement matters, in addition to over 7 years experience advising planning committees at a wide range of local authorities.

Helen has advised clients across all sectors and has held senior positions in both the public and private sectors.  Helen also has a wealth of experience in respect of all aspects of governance and information law.
