Ben specialises in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and technology agreements across a range of sectors. He has a particular focus on IT outsourcing arrangements and helping clients transition from legacy systems to alternative solutions.

Ben advises a variety of clients on a range of contractual arrangements including large outsourcings and the provision of business critical services (IT and other services) as well as software and hardware agreements. He also acts for both customers and suppliers in negotiating complex Cloud computing agreements.

His recent experience includes:

advising on, drafting and negotiating the terms of an agreement for the outsourcing of all aspects of a FTSE 100 company's telecommunications provision; guiding a major national retailer on all legal aspects of the procurement of a HR/Payroll SaaS solution to replace its existing on premise system; and acting for a multinational corporation on the first generation outsourcing of its global support and application maintenance services.
