Hilary specialises in Professional Indemnity and Commercial insurance, defending claims against a variety of professionals as well as handling D&O claims for insurers and their insured persons.

Director

Hilary started her legal career with the niche professional indemnity practice Robin Simon LLP in 2007 and works with the same team of partners specialising in defending claims against professionals and advising insurers on liability and policy coverage issues.

She regularly defends claims against construction professionals, with particular expertise in claims against surveyors, as well as claims against solicitors, insurance brokers and financial professionals (IFAs and accountants). Hilary also has experience of dealing with D&O claims, both in-house whilst on secondment and defending claims in practice.
