I have extensive experience of both pursuing and defending cases in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.

I have been heavily involved in the development of case management systems to improve efficiency, process mapping and alignment with service level agreements to give client's greater flexibility through resourcing and document automation.

I have assisted two of the UK’s leading insurers in developing pre-litigation strategies to combat litigious pursuer firms which included re drafting all of their standard pre-litigation correspondence.

I deliver training to insurance clients across the UK in relation to Scottish Court Procedure, Quantum, Tactics and Pre Litigation Conduct.
