I am an experienced commercial tax solicitor and chartered tax adviser.

I lead DWF's tax practice in Scotland. Working as part of a UK wide team of tax specialists I provide commercial tax advice and share schemes advice to a broad range of DWF's clients across a wide variety of sectors.

I have expertise in Scottish taxes, in particular, land and buildings transaction tax (LBTT) and the Deposit Return Scheme as well as UK employment taxes including a particular expertise in IR35, employment status and national minimum wage.
