I have acted for most UK based insurers, defending their corporate and public sector clients in employers', public, road traffic and product liability cases, and in health and safety and criminal prosecutions.

I have represented the majority of local authorities in Central Scotland throughout my practice and well known for my expertise in credit hire claims.

I speak on the topic regularly, and have been invited to sit on a large insurer's UK wide panel of credit hire experts as a consequence.

I have also developed extensive knowledge in the retail sector, as sole nominated panel solicitor in Scotland for one of the largest supermarkets in the UK for over 5 years.
