Alison specialises in banking, real estate and insolvency matters and is a dual qualified lawyer.
She has over 15 years of experience of acting on behalf of a number of lending institutions in all secured lending matters and advises on enforcement of security. She is frequently involved in cross-jurisdictional matters.
Alison obtained her Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency in 2012 and is an affiliate member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association. She advises clients including insolvency practitioners on all insolvency related matters from bankruptcies to administrations and receiverships.
Alison also acts on behalf of a number of commercial real estate clients in the acquisition and disposal of assets and on behalf of developers in the sale of residential developments. She also acts on behalf of clients buying, selling and re-mortgaging residential properties.
