She acts for local developers in relation to all their property requirements with a particular focus on the acquisition of land for residential/mixed use developments.

Kirsty is the Head of Hospitality in the Belfast office and specialises in the provision of advice on Northern Ireland's unique licensing and gaming regime, having represented global supermarket chains, local publicans, bookmakers and bingo operators in the acquisition, disposal, transfer and leasing of licensed premises. She has appeared in numerous contested licensing applications and Judicial Review applications in both the County Court and High Court.

Kirsty provides advice to administrators, administrative receivers and fixed charge receivers in relation to the management and sale of licenced premises and residential property.

She is a member of the Belfast Solicitors' Association, the Northern Ireland Commercial Property Lawyers' Association and Women In Business NI.
