Julie advises a number of retailers and commercial occupiers in relation to their property requirements and portfolio management in Northern Ireland. 

She acts for a number of developers and investors undertaking acquisitions and disposals with specific expertise in negotiating commercial and residential development agreements.

Julie has advised a number of investors and financial institutions in relation to their asset management with expertise in the management of shopping centres and retail parks.

Julie advises on Northern Ireland's complex business tenancies legislation and regularly provides representation at the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland.

She acts for a number of clients in the retail, food, and hospitality sectors and heads up both this sector and the real estate sector for Northern Ireland.
