Kathleen is a dual qualified solicitor practicing in both Northern Ireland and England and Wales.  She has eight years’ experience advising clients in relation to all types of commercial property transactions including landlord & tenant matters, property finance, commercial development, asset management, sales and acquisitions and the property aspects of corporate transactions.  This experience spans numerous sectors including offices and retail, technology, renewable energy.
