Lauren advises UK, Irish and overseas Banks and other financial institutions on secured lending to include taking security, preparation of facility agreements, security reviews and remediation of security and title issues.

Lauren has experience in property matters including property finance and the acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and obtained a Certificate in Commercial Conveyancing in 2016. 

Lauren is dual qualified and practices in both Northern Ireland and England & Wales.
