Antonio Ferri is a partner in the Corporate M&A and Private Equity department at DWF Italy.

Antonio has 20 years of experience and provides advice on a wide range of corporate and M&A transactions. He assists private equity funds, listed and unlisted companies, and investors in transactions such as acquisitions, co-investments, national and cross-border mergers, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and restructurings. His experience spans various sectors, including industrial and manufacturing, consumer goods, telecommunications, infrastructure, and real estate.

Antonio combines deep legal expertise with commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach to executing transactions. He has led and coordinated numerous high-profile transactions, often involving multiple jurisdictions and stakeholders.

Antonio is recognised by leading international legal directories for his Corporate/M&A practice in Italy. He has been ranked by The Legal 500 since 2019 and, in the most recent editions, is listed as a “Next Generation Partner” in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A category.
