Partner, Head of Real Estate

Daniele Zanni is a Partner at DWF Italy, Head of Real Estate and Co-Head of the China Desk. He specialises in Real Estate, NPLs and M&A.

Daniele has extensive experience in the sector, providing legal assistance to domestic and international real estate funds, financial institutions, club deals and developers across a wide range of asset classes, including hospitality, residential, care homes, logistics and commercial properties. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of the market and a strongly results-driven approach, Daniele supports clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from the identification of investment opportunities and deal structuring to due diligence, contract negotiation and the management of financial aspects. He also regularly advises on secured and unsecured NPL acquisition transactions, as well as M&A deals.

As a key contact for the China Desk, Daniele assists Chinese investors with the entry and development of their real estate investments in Italy, ensuring effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams and clear, seamless, business-oriented communication.
