Marco has extensive experience in the field of Intellectual Property, with a particular focus on litigation and strategic advice regarding patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, trade secrets, and unfair competition. He has successfully supported leading national and international clients operating in key sectors such as energy, oil & gas, telecommunications, luxury, fashion, design, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and food, both in judicial and extrajudicial contexts.

Marco has managed and coordinated numerous transnational actions concerning industrial law and intellectual property issues. He regularly assists clients in managing their portfolios of trademarks, patents, designs, and models, from the filing phase for registration to any actions before administrative authorities and/or competent courts.
