Guglielmo Fabbricatore is Partner and Co-Head of Energy at DWF Italy, where he focuses primarily on project financing, energy, and infrastructure, with expertise spanning both financial and corporate/M&A matters.

He advises leading Italian and international companies on contractual, administrative, and regulatory issues related to projects in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. He has extensive experience in public procurement procedures and contracts, urban planning and construction law, real estate law, and litigation.

Guglielmo has developed in-depth expertise in contract drafting and in managing financial, administrative, and regulatory aspects of real estate and M&A transactions. His client portfolio includes banks and financial institutions, and his track record covers a wide range of domestic and international deals.

Before joining DWF Italy, he worked at a leading Italian law firm, in the office of a renowned professor of civil law, and at a prestigious notary firm where he gained significant expertise in civil and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, as well as banking and real estate law.
