Partner, Head of Compliance

Francesco Falco leads the Compliance Department in Italy, bringing extensive experience in key areas such as anti-corruption, internal investigations, anti-money laundering, data protection, corporate governance and market abuse regulations. His work focuses on assisting clients both with day-to-day compliance activities and with the development of innovative projects, always adopting a strategic, risk-oriented approach.

Throughout his career, Francesco has overseen the drafting of policies and procedures, conducted risk assessments, and addressed complex issues with international implications. He has gained specific expertise in projects related to the FCPA and the UK Bribery Act, thanks also to a one-year experience in New York, where he worked in the global compliance department of an American law firm.

Before moving into consultancy, Francesco served as an Assistant Lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Milan-Bicocca from 2004 to 2007, further strengthening his academic foundation.
