Michele Cicchetti is Managing Partner at DWF Italy and has extensive experience in the energy sector. He advises both Italian and international companies—listed and unlisted, including multinationals—on M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate and commercial law, as well as real estate operations. He also works with private equity funds and leading global sponsors on leveraged finance transactions.
