Luca is Partner and Head of Corporate, M&A and Private Equity in Italy. He specialises in M&A and Private Equity transactions, providing strategic advice to both Italian and international clients.

With solid expertise in corporate law, he has successfully managed numerous transactions involving corporate governance, commercial contracts, and the acquisition of companies, businesses, and business units, offering tailored solutions to meet specific client needs.

He regularly advises Italian and foreign companies, banks, investment funds, and financial institutions on extraordinary transactions, joint ventures, and project financing, supporting the structuring of deals, the identification of optimal governance models, tax planning, and the development of corporate restructuring strategies.

Luca has also gained specific expertise in the renewable energy sector, participating in complex transactions involving both investors and banks.

He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Business School of Il Sole 24 Ore and serves as a lecturer in the Master programmes in Law and Business.

Luca is recognised as a leading professional in Corporate and M&A by the Legal 500 guide and recently, he received the award for "Lawyer of the Year Food & Beverage" during the Legalcommunity Corporate Awards.
