Partner, Head of Tax

Tancredi is a Partner at DWF law firm in Milan and focuses primarily on tax law, providing advice to both private and institutional clients. Throughout his career, he has assisted numerous private equity funds in complex transactions, as well as banks and other financial institutions, with particular attention to the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, securitisations, structured finance and cross-border bank lending.

His work goes beyond advisory services: Tancredi has gained solid experience in tax litigation, representing clients – including High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) – before the Italian Revenue Agency. His goal is always to ensure that transactions are structured in the most tax-efficient way, minimising fiscal impact and preventing future risks.

In addition to a degree in Law, Tancredi holds a second degree in Economics, which enables him to approach tax matters with a comprehensive and multidisciplinary perspective.
