Partner, Co-head of Employment department

Giorgio Manca is a partner and co-head of the employment law department at DWF Italy.

He has gained a significant experience in negotiating union agreements within complex corporate restructuring processes. In recent years, he has assisted leading Italian and international companies in managing information and consultation procedures with unions in the context of collective dismissals and company transfers. He has extensive experience in labour litigation and also in commercial agency contracts.

He is a lecturer and Core Faculty member at the Business School of Il Sole 24 Ore, where he teaches labour law and industrial relations in the HR Master, the Labour Law Master, as well as in the Executive Master in Strategic HR Management.

He is also the scientific coordinator of the master’s programme in labour law and industrial relations.

He was an assistant at the Chair of Labour Law at the University of Insubria (Como and Varese) and was a contract lecturer at the Specialization School of the same university.
