Elisabetta provides assistance to major Italian and foreign investment banks as well as corporate entities on a wide range of debt capital markets transactions, including EMTN programmes establishment and maintenance, standalone and drawdown bond issuances and private placement issuances.

She also assists clients on the establishment and maintenance of commercial paper programmes as well as hybrid capital transactions and liability management exercises. Elisabetta is also focused on domestic market, assisting on public offers of bonds in Italy and on CONSOB’s prospectuses. She regularly consults with key players in the Italian market, including the Italian Stock Exchange and CONSOB.

Elisabetta has gained a strong experience in sustainable finance, assisting in green bond and sustainability-linked bond issuances and providing advice on developments in the European Commission’s sustainable finance package.

Furthermore, Elisabetta has gained in-house experience with a leading Italian company operating in the energy sector, acquiring a solid expertise in a broad range of financing transactions, including term loans and revolving credit facilities.
