Sarah is an English-qualified lawyer and a counsel with more than 15 years of experience.

Sarah’s practice is focused on corporate finance with a particular emphasis on infrastructure and sustainable finance in both Italy and Continental Europe/the UK. She acts as counsel to lenders, sponsors, investors, investment banks and issuers in connection with a variety of transactions, such as private placements and project finance (including project bonds), as well as the establishment and maintenance of debt finance platforms of both corporate and FIG issuers, and liability management exercises.
