Career

Sally is a Partner in our Lifetime Planning team.

She advises on a broad range of private client work, including Wills, estate planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and estate administration. She works with a variety of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, retirees, the elderly, business owners, and farmers.

Sally is a qualified Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) and has the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation. Sally is a member of STEP.

Sally joined Ashtons in 2025, where she manages a team in our Cambridge office. Before joining Ashtons, Sally spent nearly six years with another regional firm, where she was a Partner and Team Leader of the Private Client team spanning the firm’s offices, during which time the team delivered strong performance, exceeding its targets. Sally has been recognised in the Chambers High Net Worth Directory.

Sally enjoys helping clients plan for the future, working with them to identify their priorities and protect them throughout their lifetime and upon their death. Establishing a relationship with her clients — getting to know them, understanding what is important to them, and applying her knowledge to provide solutions and strategies is the most fulfilling part of her job.

Outside of work, Sally enjoys foreign travel, country walks with her dog, gardening and loves a Spa.
