Ruth Clinton is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team, specialising in asset-based lending, banking and restructuring matters.

With more than 15 years’ experience in the legal profession, Ruth advises invoice financiers, asset-based lenders and other finance providers on a wide range of lending transactions. Her expertise includes asset-based lending and acquisition finance, helping lenders provide finance securely to growing businesses while managing risk effectively.

Ruth is known for her open, honest and responsive approach, working collaboratively with clients to identify practical solutions to complex challenges. In addition to her financing practice, she advises on non-contentious corporate restructuring matters, supporting businesses and stakeholders through change and growth.
