Position

Stephen Hedley is Head of Real Estate and advises clients on a broad range of commercial property, investment and development matters.

With more than 20 years' experience in the real estate sector, Stephen works with institutional investors, private property companies and other investors on acquisitions, disposals, development projects and portfolio management strategies. He advises clients throughout the lifecycle of their property assets, helping them maximise value and achieve their commercial objectives.

A significant part of Stephen's practice involves advising on development and regeneration projects, supporting clients in the repurposing and enhancement of real estate assets and places. He also provides strategic guidance on asset management matters, helping property owners optimise the performance of their portfolios through effective leasing, management and investment decisions.

As Head of Real Estate, Stephen has extensive oversight of the firm's real estate offering, enabling him to provide clients with coordinated support across a wide range of property-related legal disciplines.
