Position

Victoria Fairley is a partner in the Personal Tax and Succession team based in London. She advises private clients on a broad range of private wealth matters, building long-term relationships with individuals and families to help them manage and preserve wealth across generations.

With more than 20 years' experience, Victoria advises on estate, tax and succession planning, including the preparation of wills, probate and estate administration, and the creation and ongoing management of trusts. She works closely with clients to develop tailored structures and plans that reflect their personal, family and financial objectives.

Victoria also advises on powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters, supporting clients and their families with capacity-related issues and long-term planning. In addition, she provides advice on the establishment, governance and administration of charities.

Her practice extends to advising owners of traditional landed estates and heritage property, including matters involving tax-efficient succession planning and tax-exempt heritage assets and artwork.

Victoria enjoys working closely with families, often advising multiple generations and helping them navigate complex succession and wealth preservation issues with confidence.
