Simon is a member of our Commercial real estate team. He has worked for over 30 years in the commercial property sector and has extensive experience in handling high value single asset and portfolio sales and purchases, sales and leasebacks, real estate finance, asset management of offices, shopping centres and industrial estates (including new lettings, lease renewals and lease re-gearings).

Simon acts for a broad range of clients including funds, investors, property companies, high-net-worth individuals, hotel and pub groups. He has built up long-term relationships with his clients who trust his judgment and value his drive, business acumen and creative thinking.
