Charles is a Partner in our Commercial team specialising in advising individuals and businesses on their commercial matters.

Charles has particular expertise drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts. His clients include celebrities, sportsmen, entrepreneurs, investors, SMEs, PLCs and global multinationals.

Charles has experience across many different sectors, including manufacturing, services, technology, IT, fashion, media and sport. His work includes advising on contracts relating to distribution, agency, franchising, supply (goods and/or services), logistics, outsourcing, R&D, intellectual property, licensing, software, data protection, sponsorship, representation and management, and events, amongst many others.
