Sylviane began her legal studies in France, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science, followed by a Master’s degree in Business Law obtained with distinction from the Law Faculty of Paris Ouest. She later completed an LLM in International Commercial Law in London, graduating with distinction and qualified as a solicitor in 2013 after completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London.

Sylviane has extensive experience advising clients on the full spectrum of employment-related matters from day-to-day HR issues to complex, high-stakes corporate transactions. She supports both employers and employees with contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancy processes, restrictive covenants, settlement agreements and Tribunal proceedings.

She has expertise in advising corporate clients and stakeholders on the employment law aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and business restructures, including cross-border issues and multi-jurisdictional compliance.

Sylviane has worked in both private practice and in-house settings, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of commercial and organisational priorities. She is multilingual, pragmatic and known for delivering clear, practical legal advice tailored to the unique needs of each client.

She acted for a wide variety of clients, including small and medium-sized businesses, as well as larger corporations. She regularly advises clients across a broad range of sectors, including retail, fashion, financial services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, technology, professional services, manufacturing, and education.
