Victoria is a commercial property lawyer whose expertise encompasses all aspects of commercial property work including development, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, insolvent property transactions and all landlord and tenant matters.

Victoria acts for a wide variety of clients including limited companies, partnerships and entrepreneurs. Notably Victoria acts for the largest union in Europe and handles all their property requirements, including their recent £35m hotel and conference centre development and all other acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences and surrenders.
