Chloe has a wealth of experience working as a family solicitor, both whilst qualified and in her pre-qualification days as a trainee solicitor in London. Chloe has experience in all areas of family law but specialises in private children work and injunctions.

Chloe is experienced in advising clients on legal arrangements for children and advising separated parents who would either like to relocate to a different part of the UK or abroad. She also deals with a range of other complex children matters that often include allegations of abuse, parental alienation and Local Authority involvement. She has also been involved in cases where expert psychiatrists and psychologists have been required or where a guardian has been appointed. Chloe takes a child focused approach and ensures their needs are the anchor of every case she handles.

Chloe’s area of expertise also covers arrangements for grandparents, including Special Guardianship Orders and assisting Applicants and Respondents in applications for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.
