Zohaib is a Solicitor in our Corporate Commercial team based in Manchester. He joined Slater Heelis in October 2024 and qualified as a solicitor in 2022.

Zohaib previously worked as a paralegal at Freshfields and Knights and qualified as a solicitor in 2022 at Knights. His experience includes assisting on private company and private equity M&A transactions, both buy-side and sell-side, as well as legal due diligence, shareholder agreements, group reorganisations, share buybacks, EMI option schemes, non-disclosure agreements, and company secretarial work.
