Awais is an Associate Partner in the Commercial Property department.

Awais specialises in all aspects of commercial property work and confidently advises clients on landlord and tenant matters as well as the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.

Awais also has experience in dealing with property finance matters, pension-funded transactions and developmental matters – such as option agreements, overage deeds, conditional contracts and planning promotion agreements.

When acting for developers, Awais is able to assist with the site set-up and plot sales. He is also experienced in dealing with local authorities and utility providers in relation to a variety of agreements that are relevant to development sites.

Awais provides clients with practical and commercial advice in a professional and friendly manner.
