Jacqueline leads the firm’s family practice.

As well as over 25 years of experience in all areas of family Law, Jacqueline trained as a barrister, a mediator and collaborative lawyer and is a member of Resolution, a community of family professionals who aim to resolve disputes in a collaborative and constructive manner.  She has a very successful track record with negotiating settlements and avoiding trials – in the last 15 years she has only had four cases go to a final court hearing. Her main areas of practice are:

Pre-marital agreements (prenuptial and pre-civil partnership)

Cohabitation agreements and disputes arising from the breakdown of cohabitation

Divorce

Finances – all aspects especially high net worth, often with international elements including offshore assets, trusts, and companies

Variation of previous financial orders

Children – contact and residence disputes including relocation, domestic and international

Schedule 1 applications – provision for children by unmarried parents

Enforcement of financial orders

Contentious probate – Inheritance Act claims, trusts disputes.

Jacqueline joined Clintons in August 2024.

She is recognised in Legal 500 and Wiselaw as a Leading Individual [2003] Wiselaw.

She is a member of Lincoln’s Inn and is also recommended in Spears 500.

Jacqueline read law at the University of Kent.

She qualified as a solicitor in 1996.
